The Role In this role you will join a collaborative IT Support team of 6 staff members, providing Level 2 support to end users and devices across Australia via phone, emails and walk-ups. This role is 5 days a week onsite based in Mulgrave. Operating hours are between 8am - 6pm and shift times will be 7.6 hours per day. Please note for this role you will be required to obtain a national Police Check. Your Skills and Experience At least 2 years full time working experience in a Service Desk or IT Support position. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A genuine passion for customer service and ensuring end-users are given an attentive and warm experience that will leave them highly satisfied. Strong experience working with and administering O365 including MS Teams, SharePoint online, OneDrive and Exchange online. Experience supporting Windows 11. Experience supporting and managing Apple iPhones and iPads. Strong experience working with and administering EntraID/Azure AD. Strong experience supporting Intune and enrolling devices. Experience with MDM system to enrol, troubleshoot, update and maintain mobile devices and laptops.
